Maersk opens bookings for Port Sudan

A.P. Moller–Maersk (Maersk) has announced that it has resumed its acceptance of new bookings to and from Port Sudan.

Due to the situation surrounding the Red Sea, including the Bab al-Mandab Strait, Maersk has only been accepting bookings to/from Port Sudan – Europe.

The shipping giant has now reopened bookings acceptance to/from Port Sudan – the Middle East, as well as the Asia-Pacific and Africa Regions.

Last month, Maersk created a fully digital solution for clients looking to acquire air freight services.
