The Maersk Dyros vessel that experienced heavy weather conditions last month has been repaired and departed Lazaro Cardenas.

The box ship was previously sailed to the Mexican port city to undergo inspections and receive necessary repairs.

On 16 April, the 4,578 TEU vessel left the port and is headed to Seattle, US. It is expected to arrive by 25 April.

The Maersk Dyros initially lost 90 containers in the North Pacific Ocean on 21 March while enroute from Yantian, China.

More specific information on impacted cargo from the incident will be released on 22 April.
