Lynxis expands digital solutions with TEDIVO acquisition

Lynxis LLC, a provider of optimisation solutions for landside logistics, has acquired TEDIVO LLC, a software company specialising in streamlining vessel operations at marine terminals.

The move aims to strengthen Lynxis’ digitalisation offerings and assist shipping lines and terminal operators in reducing vessel delays, mis-stowage, and safety risks on cargo ships.

Larry Cuddy Jr., CEO of Lynxis LLC, highlighted the alignment between the two companies: “TEDIVO’s platform, especially BAPLIE Viewer Online and its companion products, perfectly aligns with our mission to deliver next-generation innovation solutions that quickly add value for customers.”

TEDIVO’s flagship product, BAPLIE Viewer Online, reportedly simplifies the interpretation of BAPLIE files.

The web-based platform eliminates the need for manual processes or complex installations, allowing maritime professionals to visualise stowage data in real time, enhancing operational accuracy and efficiency.

TEDIVO’s Vessel Designer and Library further bolster its offerings, enabling users to create and share vessel definitions using an open-source JSON format compatible with various terminal systems.

The integration with BAPLIE Viewer Online aims to ensure seamless validation of stowage plans against vessel specifications.

“At TEDIVO, our goal has always been to simplify and enhance maritime operations,” concluded Mark Traynor, Founder of TEDIVO LLC.

“Joining Lynxis LLC allows us to expand the reach of our solutions and continue to innovate for the global shipping industry.”
