Navis, a provider of operational technologies, has recently announced a new N4 terminal operating system (TOS) license agreement with Baltic Container Terminal (BCT), located in Latvia’s capital city, Riga.
BCT, has a strategic geographical location in the Baltic region. This positions the terminal well to serve as a gateway to meet container traffic demand to and from the main industrial centres of the Russian hinterland and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
Dmitry Kiselyev, IT Manager of BCT, said: “The Baltic region is facing geopolitical challenges, but Latvia’s favourable environment provides us with tremendous growth opportunities.
