Kuehne + Nagel unveiled its first regional Logistics Control Centre (LCC) for Integrated Logistics in South & Central America at a ribbon-cutting ceremony in Bogotá, Colombia.
With the new hub, the global transport and logistics company will further expand its end-to-end solutions from a single source.
Following the growing demand for integrated logistics and requirements for lean and demand-driven supply chains in South & Central America, Kuehne + Nagel developed the LCC to offer digital supply chain management in a shared environment.
Based on data analytics and continuous improvement methodologies, the LCC will provide Kuehne + Nagel customers tailored solutions with a focus on cost efficiency, reduction of supply chain complexity and an increase in supply chain performance.
Strategically positioned in Bogotá and supported by dedicated experts, Kuehne + Nagel has connected the new LCC to the global LCC network in terms of standard processes and leading technology.
