Kalmar has reached a deal with Super Terminais Comércio e Indústria LTDA (Super Terminais) to provide additional equipment and services for its Manaus terminal in northern Brazil.
The huge order includes six Kalmar Gloria reachstackers and two Kalmar empty container handlers.
Kalmar Insight performance management technology will be integrated across all machines. The order was placed in Kalmar’s Q3 2024 order intake, with delivery expected between Q2 and Q3 2025.
Super Terminais wants to be the most efficient private terminal in the Manaus Industrial Complex. The firm is part of a larger organisation with over 30 years of expertise in the transportation and logistics industry.

In December 2023, Kalmar and Super Terminais agreed to provide four Kalmar reachstackers, two empty container handlers, and eight Kalmar Essential terminal tractors.
