ICT Group B.V. (ICT Group) has announced the purchase of 100 per cent of the shares of Modality Software Solutions B.V. (Modality).
Modality, based in Barendrecht, is a market leader in IT systems for intermodal container logistics. Its software supports transport management (TMS) and container terminal operations (TOS), with integrated interfaces with key players like sea terminals, shipping companies, customs, and Portbase.
Its clients include several inland terminals as well as major barge, rail, and truck operators.

Modality improves the quality of data provided to its clients by making procedures more transparent. In this approach, operational difficulties are transformed into innovative software solutions.
The current owners of Modality will continue to lead the company under the flag of ICT Group.
