Hapag-Lloyd has launched a new online quotation tool called Quick Quotes, which will provide container quotes for all its customers to help shippers simplify and speed up their container shipments.
Quick Quotes also provides clients with transparency on the detailed pricing of its services.
The system requires shippers to log in to Hapag-Lloyd’s website, choose both the start and end location of the cargo ship, and select a commodity and container type.

Customers will receive a binding quotation “within seconds”, and can then make their bookings right away via the Hapag-Lloyd online business platform.
