Hapag-Lloyd has introduced an online Bill of Lading (eB/L) amendment tool for the Middle East and Africa.

Through this tool, customers will receive an amended draft within two hours of placing a request on Hapag-Lloyd’s website.

The firm said that the new online tool will offer faster response times.

“Amending the B/L draft directly in the document reduces chances of errors,” Hapag-Lloyd’s customer advisory mentioned.

The service will be available in regions including the Indian subcontinent, the Middle East, Pakistan and Africa.
