ONE launches Kendari route to strengthen supply chains

Ocean Network Express (ONE) has expanded its global network with the addition of Kendari (IDKDI), enhancing the region’s access to international trade.

The new service provides weekly feeder connections to and from Kendari, linking the port seamlessly via Surabaya to major markets in South China, Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Korea.

This expansion aims to strengthen supply chain efficiency and support the growing export and import needs of businesses in Kendari and surrounding areas.

Designed to deliver reliable and timely transport solutions, bookings for the service are now open, with the inaugural voyage from Kendari having departed in December 2025.

ONE is expanding its network and improving operations to provide more reliable service to its customers.

In November, ONE announced that the LUX Service will undergo a proforma adjustment, aiming to provide schedule reliability, stability and service improvement.

More recently, ONE announced enhancements to its Trans-Pacific East Coast network, highlighted by the addition of a direct Cai Mep call on the EC2 service.
