The Batmobile is on its way from Gotham City to new missions 'overseas' after helping the vigilante defeat villains including the Joker, Falcone, Scarecrow, and Bane in Batman Begins, Batman: The Dark Knight, and The Dark Knight Rises.
Los Angeles Port Police obviously owe Bruce Wayne a favour as they provided a special escort for the heavily armored, weaponized vehicle from Southern Counties Express' Warehouse to APL Terminal's Pier 300.
