Friday Focus: Mumbai’s Container High

A breaking video released by JM Baxi Group via YouTube exhibits the Mumbai International Container Terminal, which is located 14 kilometres from Jawaharlal Nehru Port.

The container terminal has a yard capacity area of more than 3,000 TEU and in order to maintain high levels of efficiency, the terminal places high importance on safety and quality.

APMT recently introduced solar power at its Mumbai container terminal in a bid to boost sustainability.

The terminal also recently set a record for Indian ports by handling more than 2 million TEU in the 2014-2015 financial year.
