The HAROPA group of French Ports will help its customers in relaunching their business activities through the Unified HAROPA Support Programme (Programme Unique de Soutien by HAROPA), also known as PUSH.
Right from the outset in the public health crisis, HAROPA mobilised to support its customers by implementing business continuity plans and maintaining a day-to-day watch over service provision, enabling it to guarantee the operational integrity of its port activities, the group said in a statement.
From Paris to Le Havre, including Rouen, continuing provision of all services essential to maintenance of the supply chain has been duly assured.
This simultaneously involves provision of a business information centre for all industrial sectors, maintenance of a constant watch over port, maritime and multimodal service provision, the offer of specific support for efforts to find logistics solutions and dedicated customer services.
This single point of contact will make it possible to identify need and support firms using experts and a network embedded alongside the major international economic zones.
