Fire breaks out in Indian port

A conveyor belt has caught fire at a loader in Visakhapatnam Port, India.

The incident happened in the afternoon of 30 May.

Five firefighters have rushed to the scene while there haven’t been reports of injuries amongst port workers.

Whilst the causes remain to be investigated, port workers have reportedly said the incident may have been provoked by a rupture or a short circuit.
