In this latest Port Technology International video interview, Nicolas Nolle of Trelleborg Wheel Systems (TWS) articulates how Trelleborg have increased efficiency for customers by providing a holistic service.
“The key thing we offer to our market is our approach and our approach consists basically of delivering value to our customers,” states Trelleborg Wheel Systems Director of Global OEM, Nicolas Nolle.
Nolle adds that this value offered to its customers consists of reductions in operating costs, increasing the efficiency of their operations and reducing their working capital within the industry.
Nolle explains how Trelleborg have aimed to improve efficiency through the introduction of Trelleborg’s pit-stop line – recently showcased at CeMat in Hanover – which enables customers to plan and know exactly when to change their industrial tyres.
Trelleborg believes that its partnership offering for ports and container terminals can optimise their operations and decrease operating costs.
It also promises to manage this partnership based on trust, while offering their complete service and knowledge of the tyre industry.
