DP World has established its largest-ever warehouse in Coventry, UK as part of a £50 million ($63 million) investment programme.
The 598,000-square-foot warehouse, completed last month after a two-year construction phase with developer SEGRO PLC, was internally fitted up for £34 million ($43 million). It now features new fully automated Case Retrieval (ACR) technology aimed at significantly increasing efficiency.

In September 2023, DP World launched its 270,000-square-foot facility in Bicester. This expansion complements the 75,000-square-foot Burton upon Trent location, which opened in 2022, and the 230,000-square-foot multi-user warehouse at London Gateway’s logistics hub.
In May, the company invested 130 million ($165 million) in three new locations in Romania to support the country’s expanding prominence as a vital European trade centre.
