The Container Terminal Automation Conference has become known for its interactive sessions and collaborative environment, but another returning feature of this year’s event is the official networking dinner.
Hosted by Port Technology atop The Gherkin, one of London’s most famous buildings, this evening is a chance for delegates, speakers and sponsors to reflect on the first day of #CTAC19 with stunning, panoramic views of the city.
A tantalizing set course and drinks will be on hand for guests at the May 7th dinner, which is sponsored by wireless communications leader Rajant.
Port Technology is also pleased to announced that Robert J. Schena, CEO and Co-Founder of Rajant, will deliver a keynote address at this event, drawing on over three decades of experience with groundbreaking technologies.

Schena, who established Rajant in 2001, has led the company to becoming the exclusive provider of Kinetic Mesh wireless networks for the US military and whole host of other industries, including the ports and terminals sector.
Most recently, Rajant’s signature Kinetic Mesh network has been used to support a fleet of self-driving container terminal trucks, highlighting the company’s work to facilitate the technological advances of both today and tomorrow.
The dinner will also serve as an important opportunity to unwind following a day of complex discussions and serious debate, so don’t miss out on this key part of #CTAC19.
