COSCO SHIPPING Lines has obtained the Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange (TISAX) certification.
The certification indicates that the company meets EU automotive industry standards for information security risk control.
The TISAX certification has unified inspection item content and higher requirements than the internationally accepted ISO27000, making the evaluation results highly comparable, reported COSCO SHIPPING Lines.
All certification results are publicly released on the official website, allowing all certification information to be sent to the supply chain demand side through the official website, which is why it is favoured by many European automobile manufacturers.

“The TISAX certification obtained by COSCO SHIPPING Lines will help the company further enhance its customer service capabilities in the automotive industry,” the company reported in a statement.
“Looking ahead, COSCO SHIPPING Lines will continue to improve its information security risk control capabilities and strive to provide customers with a better and safer service experience.”
Earlier this summer, COSCO SHIPPING Lines collaborated with BOE Technology Group to issue the first blockchain-certified Hi-ECO green shipping certificate.
