Mikko Puolakka has been selected as the new Chief Financial Offer (CFO) for Cargotec and will succeed former CFO Eeva Sipilä on May 1, 2016.
Mikko Puolakka will be a member of the Executive Board and report to Mika Vehviläinen, CEO of Cargotec
Puolakka has previously held the positions of CFO at Outotec Oyj and CFO at Elcoteq SE, as well as several financial management positions in Elcoteq and in the Huhtamaki Group.
Cargotec's current CFO Eeva Sipilä is expected to take up the position of CFO at Metso Corporation in the beginning of August 2016.
