Beyond Moves Per Hour & The Future of Containerization

 08 Mar 2017 05.52pm

Port Technology is preparing for the Terminal Automation & Training Conference 2017, and has produced a video articulating the vision for the event on April 19-20, 2017.

The container shipping industry is undergoing major change, with the sector beginning to pick-up pace, meaning ports and terminals need to keep abreast of the latest concepts and operational practices in order to manage the coming influx of cargo.

Therefore, a major part of the conference this year is training, with speakers coming from around the globe to disseminate new methods in which to train operators and port workers.

Such methods include gamification, a form of e-learning that aims to train workers using games that emulate real life operations.

Book your delegate ticket here and enjoy the video.
