Associated British Ports (ABP) has announced the appointment of Sanyalax Morrison as its new Group Head of Procurement.
Morrison joins ABP after serving as Strategic Procurement Director at National Highways. She has over 15 years of procurement leadership expertise in a variety of industries, including defense, pharmaceuticals, and heavy industry.

“The Group Head of Procurement role has been created to further sustainable business growth through effective purchasing and supplier management, and to maintain close relationships with our vendors and suppliers to ensure the procurement process runs smoothly, providing them with the best possible experience.”

ABP explained that throughout her career, Morrison has been the driving force behind significant advances in category management, supplier relationship management, and supplier performance.

In July, ABP announced the appointment of Jonathan Lewis as its Chair in succession to Dr Phil Nolan.
