ABB, a leading driver of digitization, has entered a global partnership with Dassault Systèmes to offer a portfolio of software solutions to customers in digital industries.
According to a statement, the two companies will work together to provide an end-to-end offering of advanced and open systems, enhancing competitiveness and boosting productivity for a number of different businesses.
By combining the strengths of its digital offerings with Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform, a service which integrates technologies to create a cohesive environment for innovation, ABB also expects build on its deep domain expertise and global customer access.

Following the company’s adoption of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, ABB is now able to develop and provide customers with advanced digital twins, enabling them to run ABB solutions and their operations with improved overall efficiency.
In addition to this, ABB has asserted that its collaboration with Dassault Systèmes will take a staged approach, focusing on individual sectors such as factory automation, robotics and connected transport solutions.
