Expleo, the global engineering and consulting services provider, has entered a strategic partnership with RailX, the UK digital platform for freight logistics, to advance the digitalisation of Europe’s inland freight sector.
The collaboration will integrate RailX’s digital freight platform with Expleo’s engineering expertise in trains, signalling, and rail operations.
The aim is to improve rail freight efficiency, ease port congestion, and support decision-making for shippers and operators.
Beyond efficiency gains, the partnership could help reduce CO2 emissions and contribute to building a low-carbon inland freight network across Europe.
