District judge recognises Maritime Administrator's authority under Deepwater Ports Act

As a result of the Maritime Administrator’s designation of New Jersey as an adjacent coastal state, pursuant to 33 USC 1508(a)(2), Atlantic Sea Island Group, LLC, (ASIG) a deepwater port applicant, filed suit against the Maritime Administrator and Secretary of Transportation on February 15, 2008.

New jetty for Maasvlakte oil terminal

ICTSI names Francis M. Andrews Regional Manager for Europe, Middle EastInternational Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI) recently appointed Francis M. Andrews as Regional Manager for Europe and the Middle East. Andrews has been with the Company since 2000, and was formerly General Manager of Manila International Container Terminal, and sat on the boards of various ICTSI subsidiaries.
