Siwertell ship unloaders |
Siwertell mechanical ship unloaders are based on unique screw technology with a totally enclosed conveying line for environment-friendly operation. They are supplied in rail-mounted, port mobile, road mobile, stationary, and ship-based versions, and offer capacities from 150 tph up to 2,400 tph for barges and ships of various sizes. Even Siwertell pneumatic ship unloaders are available from Cargotec, with capacities up to 550 tph. |

Siwertell Road-mobile unloaders |
Siwertell road-mobile ship unloaders are available in three sizes and are ready to start unload material shortly after arriving on site. The unloading arm takes just 30-45 minutes to unfold and prepare for operation. This type of unloader is especially useful when the unloading point changes from one operation to the next. |

Siwertell mechanical ship loaders |
Cargotec’s Siwertell ship loaders are selected by operators who strive for high efficiency with minimal impact on the environment through advanced technology. We focus on each customer’s need and create a tailor-made solution accordingly. Siwertell ship loaders are based on screw, aeroslide or belt conveying technologies and offer capacities of up to 2,500m³/h for ships up to capesize. |

Siwertell screw conveyors |
Siwertell vertical and horizontal screw conveyors (formerly marketed under the brand name Nordströms) are designed to handle a great variety of dry bulk materials, such as cement, lime raw meal, apatite, urea, fly ash and gypsum, under hard conditions. For long distance and high lifting heights, two or more screw conveyors are arranged in series. When large capacities are to be handled, the conveyors can run parallel to each other. The screw conveyors are completely enclosed, which reduces dust creation to a minimum. Capacities range from 30 to 1,700 m3/h. |
