Meclift Oy Ltd is a family owned company located in Finland specialising in innovative materials handling equipment for ports and industry. We are designing, manufacturing, selling and marketing our Meclift brand all around the world.

Meclift was founded in 1993. We have a unique product range covering different kinds of material handling needs. Our Variable Reach Trucks cover 16 ton, 30 ton and 50 ton of lifting capacity ranges. In addition to this, we have Container Movers and Side Reach Stackers for handling all container sizes.

Our strenght is the innovative business culture which gives a fruitful base to our R&D. Our product range covers different kinds of material handling needs and we are able to design new solutions in exremely short reaction times. We are designing new lifting attachments to our products continously and always listen to our individual customer needs. We are able to design according to our customers' individual needs and are interested also in little volumes in order to satisfy our customers as individually as possible. Our unique product range is covered by numerous international patents.

We have international sales representatives in many countries taking care of local sales and after sales. We are also looking forward to strengthening our international sales network. ML36CM Container Mover	The Container Mover ML36CM is a cost-efficient solution for terminal areas and locations, where there is need to move containers from place A to place B. This equipment handles all container sizes ranging from 20 to 45 feet, including High Cube containers, and lifts them on and off normal highway chassis. It can also be customized to handle one particular container size. ML36CM fits through narrow terminal doors, and under bridges in road traffic. Certain requirements taken into consideration, it can be attached practically with any terminal tractor brand. Work safety is improved by open forward-visibility from the terminal tractor’s cabin and smooth operation. There are no sharp impacts on the reaching device, which provides better work ergonomics. Due to compact and clear design, usability of the machine is very good, and need for maintenance is low. Attached to a terminal tractor, ML36CM is powered by the terminal tractor’s hydraulics. The length of the main beam is automatically adjustable for different container sizes, and the height of the machine can be raised and lowered for loading and unloading containers on trailers or on ground. ML1612R Variable Reach Truck	ML1612R is an unique multipurpose machine. It is the only machine in the lifting capacity range of 16 tons, which can be operated inside containers. It moves swiftly in confined spaces, such as warehouses and cargo vessels. In addition to heavy cargo lifting, ML1612R is perfect for practically any other material handling needs. Different kinds of Meclift attachments increase opportunities for using one machine for multiple purposes. Superior reaching ability makes ML1612R unique in its class. ML3012RC Variable Reach Truck	ML3012RC is a compact Variable Reach Truck with a 30-ton lifting capacity at a load center of 1,200 mm. Low and narrow boom structure enables to load and unload heavy cargo inside a freight container. Superior reaching ability and a lifting height of 6 meters enable to reach places that are beyond the reach of conventional forklifts. The machine can reach the maximum weight in the middle of a 20-feet container, and smoothly loads long goods in the middle of a 40-feet container with the Bogie Roller attachment. This excellent feature is welcomed among our customers, and ML3012RCs are currently used e.g. at ports or terminals to load heavy cargo, such as heavy stone blocks, inside containers. A comfortable cabin provides a safe and ergonomic working environment. Hydraulic movability ensures open visibility even when handling bulky objects. ML5012R Variable Reach Truck	ML5012R is the heaviest model in the range of Meclift Variable Reach Trucks. It has a lifting capacity of 50 tons at a load center of 1,200 mm. In fact, ML5012R is the world’s smallest machine in its lifting capacity range. Its horizontal boom structure and compact size enable it to handle heavy loads in confined spaces like inside of cargo vessels, without limiting its maximum lifting height. The ML5012R’s reaching feature eases material handling on many occasions since you don’t have to drive the machine right beside the load in order to lift it. The lifting capacity at a full reach of 2,250 mm is 25 tons, but with the Bogie Roller attachment it can be raised up to 50 tons. ML5012R provides an opportunity for multiple savings. Through its exceptional agility and functionality enabled by its compact size and hydraulically movable driver’s cab, it splits the time needed in material handling into a half compared to a situation, in which different machines are used for each work phase. ML5016SR Side Reach Stacker	The Meclift Side Reach Stacker ML5016SR provides an alternative for handling containers in confined spaces. It has a lifting capacity of 42.5 tons under the top lift spreader at a load center of 1.6 meters. It can stack containers up to three high with duplex booms and even four high with triplex booms. The lifting height can be customized according to the customer needs. ML5016SR features functionality, efficiency and safety. With a container lifted to the top of its frame it can move at speeds up to 30 km/h. As the container is loaded on the top of the machine, it can be handled in very tight places and driven through a standard 6 by 5 meter terminal door opening. The Meclift ML5016SR is an excellent choice for enhancing logistics between railroads and highways even in areas without advanced infrastructure. Meclift Loading Box	Meclift Loading Box enables to handle aluminum bundles effortlessly and safely. It is designed, and also guaranteed, to do this without causing any scratches or bending of the goods. A wide variety of dimensions available ensure that each customer can choose a solution that best fits their work environment. The Meclift ML3012RC Variable Reach Truck equipped with the Loading Box is the only solution in the world that can load 7,000-millimeter aluminum bundles 11,300 kg of weight in the middle of a 40-ft container. Loading box is a smart innovation, which has got several worldwide patents. The Loading Box can be used with all Meclift Variable Reach Truck models.
Meclift Coil Clamps	By combining the strength of a Coil Clamps attachment and the excellent reaching ability of Meclift Variable Reach Trucks, you get an efficient and safe solution for diverse tasks in cargo handling. By means of Coil Clamps any Meclift Variable Reach Truck can handle coils within its lifting capacity. ML1612R, for example, can handle coils up to 16,000 kg. Meclift Variable Reach Trucks equipped with the Coil Clamps can also be used to load and unload containers or trailers. Switching from one work phase to another is effortless and quick due to easy change of tools. Because working conditions vary from location to location, the Coil Clamps can be tailored and adjusted according to each customer’s specific needs. A Coil Clamps delivery always includes a special stand for storing purposes. The Coil Clamps can be used with all Meclift Variable Reach Truck models.
Meclift Coil Ram	The Meclift Variable Reach Truck with a Coil Ram attachment is a superior combination when handling steel coils. By means of a Coil Ram any Meclift Variable Reach Truck can handle coils within its lifting capacity. ML1612R, for example, can handle coils up to 16,000kg. Thanks to its compact size, loading a container from the back end by driving the load inside the container is effortless. By exploitation of the 2,500 mm reach it is also possible to load the container from the outside.   Positioning of cargo is facilitated by a side shift feature. For handling heavier loads, Meclift also offers ML3012RC with Coil Ram attachment. The unique structure and functionality of the boom and the lift carriage enable this type of machine to reach loads inside a container. In order to supply a solution that best meets your work environment, we customize the Coil Ram dimensions according to your request.
Meclift Double Forks System	Meclift Variable Reach Trucks equipped with Double Forks System considerably improve the efficiency in cargo handling. As an easily mountable special attachment, it provides a multitude of benefits when loading and unloading containers and trailers. You can handle, for example, a total of four euro pallets or a similar load on one lift. Using the double forks saves time in container and trailer loading: for example a 20 ft container can be fully loaded with only two lifts. The weight of the load is not an issue, as the double forks can handle the same  maximum load as the machine. The basic side shift features of the machine can still be fully utilized, so positioning cargo inside a container is safe and easy. In addition, switching between standard and double forks is quick, because the double forks use the same fixing points as the standard forks. The Double Fork System can be used with all Meclift Variable Reach Truck models
Meclift Air Cargo Pallet Forks	The Meclift Air Cargo Pallet Forks (ACPF) are designed for cargo handling at airports, where keeping up with timetables is essential. It enables to load and unload air cargo efficiently and smoothly without hassle and unnecessary, time-consuming work phases. ACPF is a seamless extension to a roll conveyor in loading and unloading. Its agility and speed in cargo handling is based on the ability to lift pallets off the ground and to lay them directly on the roll conveyor by rolling. Receiving pallets from the conveyor is just as swift and effortless. In addition to increased savings in time, elimination of unnecessary work phases improves safety at work. ACPF is protected by worldwide patents and can be used with all Meclift Variable Reach Truck models.
Meclift Lifting Beams	Lifting Beams attached with Meclift Variable Reach Truck are a very special attachment for effective material handling. These beams are designed for handling extra long objects, such as  steel tubes or steel beams. Also handling different kinds of sacks is effortless. Together with the reaching ability of Meclift Variable Reach Trucks the 7,5 meter beams make also the loading of a container very easy. The number of trolleys can be chosen by the customer. The Lifting Beams can be attached to any Meclift Variable Reach Truck model and also the lifting capacity varies accordingly.
